Ordinary people with mental health concerns are all around us. Jenny is one of those people, aiming to live successfully through her Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and doing what she can to end the stigma of mental health. Her story involves a rape that made life difficult to live. She struggled throughout different milestones as a result, including the birth of her son who was born on the anniversary of the rape. She credits counseling she received at The CENTER, A Samaritan Center, with helping her along the path of healing. The CENTER, A Samaritan Center, is one of 19 Partner Agencies of United Way of Greater St. Joseph. Many thanks to Visual Logic Productions for the video creation.
